Recently, I had the pleasure of being assisted by David at Curbee. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. David went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and I left completely satisfied. It's rare to find such exemplary customer service these days. Kudos to Curbee for having such a dedicated individual on their team. Thank you, David, for making my experience a memorable one!

The entire Curbee team - from the online support to schedule to the guys that came and changed the battery - were friendly, professional and efficient. My battery was dead and they were able to replace it the next day. Better than any dealership service I have ever had, would definitely use again. Thanks team!

I found Curbee through an ad on Google Search, and although I was a bit hesitant at first, they had good reviews and next-day appointments for Sunday morning, which is unheard of for auto servicing providers. The crew arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time (still pretty good for auto servicing, which is notorious for delays) and finished both an oil change and brake fluid flush for my car in a little bit over 1 hour. Pretty amazing compared to brick and mortar places like Goodyear, which typically requires you to leave the car with them for 3-4 hours. If they can keep up the customer service and punctuality, they've gotten a customer for life!

I had a last minute battery issue before an upcoming road trip. I online chatted with a rep from Curbee, and was able to get a next day appointment. Felipe and Jorge came out and were awesome. Friendly, Great communication, transparent pricing, quick assessment, and they presented the possible options without any pressure. I don't think I can go back to dealing with typical auto shops after this experience. Thanks Curbee!

My experience with the team at Curbee was sublime. I called the customer service team before my appointment, spoke to Ian, and he was incredibly helpful. I had some logistical questions, which he was able to answer. I needed my battery replaced and my car was dead inside my apartment parking garage. I was worried that a tow truck wouldn't fit, but the service technicians at Curbee drive Mercedes Sprinter Vans. Preston was my service tech. He was on-time, quick and very professional. I will definitely use Curbee again if I run into any further car trouble.

Curbee is so convenient and easy! Kevin and his colleague (didn’t catch his colleague’s name unfortunately) came by to change the front bake pads for my car. Would have cost me a lot more through my dealership and this was so easy. They come to you to do the repairs, which I’ve never heard of. Kevin and his colleague were super quick and efficient and very nice people. Will definitely be telling my friends about this and be using again!

He showed up on time and couldn't be more satisfied with the service! Topped up to coolant, tires, and checked the air filter. It took in total about 45 min all said and done. I will be using these guys again for sure and recommending them to everybody I know. Awesome.

I absolutely recommend Curbee. I was blown away by their service from start to finish. I needed my front brakes replaced and was able to get an instant online quote for the work. I used the chat function and spoke to a live person to ask a couple of questions, then picked an appt time and booked online. As soon as I booked it I heard from someone to get my VIN and plate # so they could order parts. The two repair technicians showed up early, and notified me in advance. They were friendly and professional, and never tried to upsell me with additional services. The service took just under an hour. Easily the best car maintenance experience I've ever had.
