We bought an older home (1950) which needed extensive remodeling. D3 was super attentive to our requirements and worked tirelessly to deliver the project on time and within budget. We made many design changes mid-project that caused logistical headaches but D3 communicated the impacts clearly (time and money) yet they were still able to keep the project on schedule and gave us a beautiful finished project.

We bought a house designed and built by D3 and while we are very happy with the layout of the home and the general quality of the fixtures, I am very unimpressed with D3's total unresponsiveness with respect to any inquiries.

I can't speak to their experiences with direct clients but it is clear from my interactions that they want nothing to do with you unless you're the original owner.

I'm also left to question the quality of some of their construction as our house has had two major water damage incidents in less than a year of ownership, all for a house that is less than 8 years old.

As far designs and layout go, I'd like to give them a high score but with respect to build quality and after sales service, I would not rate them particularly highly. Buyer beware when dealing with a D3 home.
