Del Webb Nocatee- 55+ Active Adult Community

Before visiting Del Webb Nocatee, I didn’t even know planned communities like this existed. They don’t in Oregon! I absolutely LOVE living in this community, attending fitness classes with some top notch trainers, making new friends who I know will be friends for life. To be able to have a lovely restaurant right on our premises with such lovely amenities. I wish EVERYONE could retire like this! ❤️

I am 100% thrilled with my Del Webb Nocatee home. It is a highly functional floorplan that is beautifully designed and the community has great amenities.

We've been here a year now. From the beginning, our communication with Catherine, Brian and Vadim (and staff) have been very forthright and open. We are enjoying our new home and the community very much. It is very well planned with many amenities and the construction quality of our home is excellent.

Buying and building experience exceeded our expectations. Construction manager and sales associate where amazing.

We just closed a week ago. I can’t wait to get everything unpacked to start living permanently on a dream come true “vacation.” People are so friendly and there is SO much to do. We done Pulte!

We moved in last year. All I can say is we have great neighbors, great amenities, great event coordinator, and our permanent amenity center just opened and Pulte did not skimp. We are so happy and fortunate to be here and part of this community——our new HOME!!! We look forward to retiring soon. And can I mention that Nocatee is #1 active community with a full calendar of amenities of its own and a number of parks with pools and activities for all ages. It’s beyond living in a resort area!
