Giving a one is because there was no 0. They sent me pictures of the house before I rented it, and my brother came there as they stated it would be clean and painted after moving all my stuff there I was shocked to see that the house was not cleaned nor painted in fact it was nothing like the photos that I saw. Mold behind tub, Shower head shooting up water to the ceiling which made a lot of mess on the floor. Tub was never shown in the pics now I know why. Back gate was broken. This house was never looked at before I moved in. Now they let me out of my lease but is taking all my money. I am moving forward with legal. More pics coming your way.

The absolute worst project management company! Sadly, they took over the property from a previous management company and they have been absolutely horrible. I would love to give zero stars Use any company but them. They do not respond when they know they're in the wrong, they've had a number of property manager who have left and no one knows anything. You'll be charge for things that are not your responsibility, how does the property manager not know what's in the lease? Completely horrible. If you use them, you will end up having to sue them (whether you're the owner or renter).

Easily one of the scummiest Management companies in the city. This company ignored multiple emergency requests for flood damage and left massive unfinished repairs for months that made the property dangerous to live in. Our property manager Jacob, dodged phone calls and ghosted us on multiple emails choosing to ignore us rather than help.

It took me getting the city services involved for Denver Rental to start scheduling repairs. Even then, they did the repairs wrong and did not listen to the city's demands of timely repairs. I eventually had to move out of my rental due to Jacob and Denver Rental's incompetency.

If you are renter, avoid any property that is managed by Denver Rental like the plague. If you are a property owner considering hiring this company please heed this warning. They have costed the owner of my rental thousands in damages due to lack of response and incorrect repairs.

Absolutely the worst property management company! If you would like to be evacuated (from a major asbestos spill) and be notified promptly? But, instead, you have to notify them? What a joke of a property management company. Especially Niki Doyle. She had all contact info to provide proper notice to the tenants and she did nothing. A year went by and nothing was reimbursed, recognized, dealt with or had any remorse or sympathy towards…

Asbestos spill at 4110 east hale pkwy denver Colorado was handled with worst unqualified inexperienced and absolutely neglectful person ever. Niki was a maintenance call dispatcher and suddenly becomes a senior property manager? Don’t trust Denver rental…they’ll promote anyone that has a pulse.

Denver rental has been the most unhelpful, unprofessional experience I've ever had in all my rental history. I was a renter for the past 20 years and have never had to wait over 60 days for deposit review and refund. Working with this company has been the most stressful experience I've had to deal with. I'm so happy I have purchased a home and do not have to worry about this type of situation again. I would NOT recommend renting from Denver Rental. Worse experience of my life!

Everyone knows that Property Managers/Landlords get a a bad rap, and I've certainly had experience with less than ideal situations myself, but Denver Rental has been awesome in the 2+ years I've been a tenant of theirs. They've been nothing but responsive and communicative when I need assistance, and otherwise very hands off. Practically invisible, which is a good thing! I think they have a very clear understanding of their role and the services they facilitate. Best renting experience I've ever had!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leah Collins when looking for an apartment for rent. Leah was extremely responsive to my questions and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the apartment selection, Leah was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there is not any question on whom my Realtor will be!
