We signed a contract with Colin and DerezzedVR to license our games to them. Sadly they ignored all payment terms and still haven't paid their invoices. We sincerely hope they still choose to do so in the future.

We went for a 12yr old birthday and The owner, Collin, was incredibly patient and accommodating with us and our lack of experience. The game was fun and a challenge but not so much that we wouldn’t go back and try again! We will definitely go back! Five stars!!

Mike was an excellent host. I have taken my wife and daughters to another facility in the past but the experience wasn’t near as good as here. A lot better equipment, better environment, and Mike was very helpful through out our visit. We will use this arcade for our future entertainment for sure.

Horrible experience. Went for my daughter's birthday and was super excited. Turned out having technical difficulties. I played only about 10-15 minutes out of the whole hour due to issues. There was only one person working which was the GM named Kourtny. I took my headset off and let my daughter and her friend finish their time due to the frustration. My daughter had to move stations as well due to technical issues. Requested to have at least a partial refund for myself and the employee said she doesn't have access to do so and that she will email the owner, that was 2 days ago and haven't heard one thing. WONT BE BACK!

The atmosphere of this arcade is perfect for the future of gaming! The enthusiasm of the entire staff there is amazing! If you have a problem, they will fix it right away! The staff was so much fun to be around! Definitely will be back here for another birthday party! This arcade is the best place to experience VR for the first time with other new players and experienced players to help give you tips and tricks! Thanks so much Derezzed!!!

No one answers the phone at this place. Goes to a generic voicemail every time. Drove to its location during business hours to make a reservation. Lights are on, doors are locked and not a soul in sight. I would highly recommend not buying a Groupon from this place until they get their act together. This is no way to run a business. I'm willing to bet the money I spent on the Groupon is gone.
