As a Custom Home Builder with over 40 years experience in Clark County, I am always looking to add the best and brightest to our team. In 2017 we sought out Gary Waldal with Design Northwest to design our "soon to be award winning" 2018 Parade of Homes project. Gary understood our vision for our Parade Entry. He worked seamlessly with us, our interior designer and our home owner to create the 2018 Clark County Parade of Homes, Award Winning project, TheTimberline. Toured by over 17,300 people during the Parade, this amazing design won: Best of Show, Best Architecture, Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite. Gary has completed 4 other custom home projects since then. Design NW utilizes the state of the art Chief Architect environment to create our designs in real time with our team and the customer present. The virtual design process goes from concept to complete visual model before the clients eyes. They have 3-D virtual glasses as well for model walk thru's. This process happens over a few accurately scheduled meetings. Once the virtual design is complete, complete working drawings are completed in a timely manner. At the risk of losing some bandwidth we will likely need from them this coming year, I would highly recommend Gary and his team for your next new home project.

My wife and I worked with Gary on the design of a two-story addition to our existing home. Gary was great to work with and contributed some wonderful ideas throughout the process. Initially, we had a good concept of what we wanted in the design. But as we got into it and were able to see how things were developing through Gary's virtual reality software, we made some big changes in direction, and Gary was very patient with us. I highly recommend using Design NW! Gary and his staff are fantastic to work with. The process is fun and exciting as Gary takes your ideas and brings them to life. You get to “tour” your plans in 3-D which is where the magic really happens. He “walks” you from room to room to see all the details of your plans right before your eyes. And he continues to work with you until everything is just the way you want it.
