Caylie has been my stylist for years now and I have never trusted someone with my hair more than her. Not only is she great at what she does- but she is very personable too which I feel is a major part of every experience. As soon as you sit in her chair you feel comfortable and relaxed! I love this place and everyone here! 10/10 every time!

Zuzu (@hairby.alexandrajane) is the BEST! She is the only hairstylist I’ve found who can/will do exactly what I ask for - she helped get me back to my desired blonde without damaging my hair. She has affordable and reasonable prices, and she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome! And Design Studio East is a cute and clean salon with friendly staff!

I have been going to caylie forever! I also go to other people sometimes. They all do great and are very friendly. My hair was ruined when I started going and caylie fixed it right up for me and made it healthy again, she does awesome! I highly recommend this Solon!

Had a perm done and had to go back the next week a get it done all over again and it’s still not done right. I try to explain to the hair stylist to probably wait a few weeks out to redo it but her boss say yes go ahead and do it. So I sat there and told her I don’t want to damage my hair bye getting a perm twice in two weeks she said o your hair is healthy enough well know my hair is really dry and still not done right and damaged thanks a lot for listing to your customers. It’s not what the stylist wants it’s what the customer wants it there hair..

Michaela is amazing! I came in with dyed hair that had a red tone I didn’t want, and she totally fixed it, giving me the perfect chocolate color I was hoping for. I have been going to Design Studio East Salon for over a year now, and I'm always beyond impressed with the expertise of my stylist, Caylie. I went with her with a goal where I wanted my hair, and we started the long process of getting there. She gave me options, and we picked the best course for me. In just a year, my hair is the healthiest it has been since high school, and I'm still working towards my goal. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect in the salon. They are all so polite and helpful. Everyone makes you feel included with conversations. I would highly recommend any of the talented hair stylists that work there. It's such an amazing place to unwind and enjoy your self care moment.

When it comes to hair stylists I commit and don’t let her go. Even when I move across the state. I’ve been seeing Beth for 5 years now and for almost the entire 5 years, I’ve driven over an hour to see her- That’s how good she is at what she does. Bonus: she’s equally as awesome of a human as she is a talented stylist. Hanging out with her for an hour and a half is such a joy. I always leave feeling prettier AND happier.
