Damon is my computer Guru! Back in 2014, when I use to live in California, he was my go to guy. Then I moved to Nevada and had to find a new computer guy. Unfortunately, that didn't work out, after spending $$$ with the new computer guy, my laptop was still having issues. I decided to reach back out to Damon and asked him if I could come by when I was in town. I told him all my issues and he was very quick and efficient. Now my laptop is as good as new, I've learned my lesson, I will no longer go to anyone else! I cannot recommend him enough!!! Thank you Damon!

Dropped my laptop computer on the plugged in power adapter which broke the DC jack. I needed the computer back quickly, as I teach online classes from home. Damon was able to give me a quick fix on the jack in about an hour to get me back to work. I told him I was considering a new laptop, and he suggested some upgrades to my computer instead. He installed a more permanent fix on the DC jack, a solid state drive, and a new battery. It's like a new computer!!! It's so fast now! Damon saved me about $500 by not having to purchase a new computer. Thanks, Digital Dummys!

Very professional, but also gives that sort of techie older brother vibe, which is great! Very friendly, and will answer all of your questions regarding the problem you're having.

I had a working desktop PC that wouldn't boot anymore and Damon was able to figure out the problem almost immediately, while it would have taken me ages to figure out and fix. When you're handling technology, especially ones that are expensive, and you're unsure of what you're doing, it's nice to have a professional take a look at it for you. But when you have these big chain repair stores competing against each other, it can get a little harrowing.

This little mom and pop shop goes above and beyond service. Would definetly recommend this place to others.

Had an external hard drive that stopped working (light stopped turning on, computer couldn't detect it, only made the common operational sound). He started to take a look at it as soon as I left. Literally was gone for less than 10 minutes and was able to gain access again to it again. After that, I just simply provided another external HD to transfer which took a couple of hours due to the amount of data. Wonderful guy to talk to, especially about games. Excellent speed of service! Overall, amazing service for the flat price you pay for.
