Julie and Randy were fantastic to work with. Randy created unique logo designs for my new business. Though I liked them, they weren’t quite what I was looking for. And I couldn’t put my finger on what it was that I wanted! I knew that when I saw it, I would know. Anyway, I decided not to proceed with the designs presented. Julie and Randy were understanding of the situation and they did not charge for this. Thank you again, Julie and Randy!

I had a very positive experience with Direct Results. I'd been trying to get a Veteran's hat custom made for my brother for the better part of 2 years. After failed attempts with two of the nation's leading online manufacturers, I fortunately stumbled upon Direct Results in Morgantown, WV. These folks, in particular, Julie, Jeremiah, and Joelle, treated me as if I had ordered a thousand hats instead of one. Jeremiah listened intently, and assured me that they could help. Julie and I communicated several times, as she patiently allowed me to tweak designs from Joelle until I got exactly what I wanted. Within a few weeks, I had the perfect custom hat, at a very reasonable price, and felt like royalty throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any of your design needs. You won't be disappointed.
