They had the items that I wanted. Sadly, the refrigerated display for fruits and vegetables was out of order and empty. I hope that it gets fixed soon since we have no local grocery store.

When I first moved here 3 years ago, this was an awesome place to shop since I didn't have to drive all the way to Jackson. Now, I find myself going to Jackson anyway because this place is gross. Garbage in the aisles, garbage in the parking lot, garbage cans over flowing. There's a real lack of effort here. They obviously do not care about their customers or their jobs. They just place new sings over old, and one of the two brand new self check outs is already broken.

Lizzy and Sherry went out of there way too help me at the check out to save money. On some products that were missed marked and used to there personal coupon to help us save more. Highly impressed I'm in here all the time. The staff is great.

The majority of the staff is very nice and friendly but the store is extremely cluttered and unorganized. It is nearly impossible to navigate a cart through the aisles without running into boxes, metal stocking carts or cardboard display shelves. Some of the aisles are consistently unorganized which is probably mostly because of customers just shuffling through and moving things but I feel like there should be more attention paid to the organization of these aisles as it does make it extremely annoying for other shoppers to find things. The store is out of stock on various items (mostly grocery and household cleaning products) quite frequently. Some price tags on shelves(just the regular price not a sale, discount or clearance) do not match the price the items ring up for. However, the staff is always quick and willing to correct it at the register but tags have still not been updated. Also, at certain times during the day the checkout line become quite long and with only one cashier the majority of the time the wait is way too long. Sometimes another cashier will open up and help move the line but if it is a few certain employees that does not happen and you are stuck waiting for a very long time. Overall the store is clean but the clutter is out of control. The bathroom is clean as well but the water smells horrible. I know it's well water but the smell is almost unbearable and not just the "normal" well water smell ! I have well water in my home also but we make sure ours doesn't have an odor like that. If it weren’t for the friendliness of the employees (the ones that actually work) I would give this store 1 star though. And if the clutter, out-of-stock items and long waits weren’t so annoying and consistent I would give them more stars just based on the employee’s alone.

The manager Jen helped me with my order. I was short a few dollars and she put it on her own debit card she has an amazingly big heart. Jen is a very caring person I will definitely be back thank you so much Jen, you are an absolute sweetheart! Sometimes people just need a little help

Trash can staff overall ... Shelves are always empty. merchandise is always in shipping carts nothing on shelves and it seems to be always only one register open when there's three cashiers doing nothing but being rude and smoking in front entrance and building for some reason there's a guy in a white cowboy hat that's always standing next to the ice machines in the PM hours believe he works there but all I see is him smoking out there anytime that I show up coming and going ... If I could rate negative Stars I would .... But I also said this long ago Napoleon's kind of just trash all the way around. the subway sucks the Dollar general sucks and do it Best hardware store sucks or maybe it's just the people that work there

I live in the country with a dollar general 3 miles away, making it very convenient. They have the stable grocery selections which saves me from driving 10 miles to a grocery store when I run out of milk, bread, flour, sugar, etc.
My only complaint is that the aisles are always cluttered with boxes and staff trying to stock merchandise. There has to be a better way to stock shelves.
