Too much of promises and almost no action,
With their promises we moved from another software to Dolphin specialty module,
They even promised that we can submit our assignment through CDAnet electronically.

For a simple teeth numerical correction from universal system to FDI, we called them every time, they promised correction and after couple of days, it goes back to universal.

another issue is that at the printing the invoice, they can not create the tooth number to be generated at the ledger.

So, if you are prepare to correct all your insurance paper manually, or hand-write all your invoices for your patient, feel free to do the conversion to Dolphin specialty module.

Let me just start off by saying how helpful, kind, funny, professional everyone is at Dolphin. Being the new office manager...there are so many areas I would call my friends at Dolphin for their amazing help. Sassy Jessie, cool and calm Kyle, nothing fishy about Mike...he's just knows it all...German with the unique name...don't forget the ladies...Olga and Melissa "GIRL POWER"...thanks guys for all you do. Not so good customer service policy! I bought both Imaging and Aquarium in 2008. I changed my computer system now, 2016 and encountered problem in reinstalling. I could not get help from tech support because I don't have my service contract. My rep said it would cost 3,000.00 to get my service contract renew.
