I rarely take the time to write a review, however the service I received at Driven Web Services was superior on all counts. After struggling for years in a world of "wannabee" web builders and unprofessional designers, Jim provided the real thing, The work was high quality and professional. Communication was fantastic. A friend of mine recommended me to Jim at Driven Web Services after she had a good experience with him on her website. I contacted him the same day and he even answered the phone the first try!
First and foremost, Jim listened to what I had to say making this project go smooth. As a doctor I know how important the listening part is to getting things right. He did a great job on our website with just a couple of small changes needed the first time we reviewed it (errors in the text I wrote). His attention to detail made it easier for me to be a Doctor and not worry about the new website. The job was finished on schedule, the quoted price was the same price I paid and there were no surprises (except that I found a web designer and programmer that gets the job done).
Over the years we have built multiple websites and I must say, the experience with Jim has been by far our best not only in doing what he says he will do, but also delivering a website we are proud of.
