My favorite store. The Bullpen underwear is a game changer. I'm like walking billboard for Duluth daily. Probably own half the items in the store. Good quality stuff with a 1yr warranty. Some people don't like the price, but you get what you pay for. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Finally got my dad in some buck naked underwear and t shirts last year and he loves them. If you don't like the price look for a sale and try it out. No one I've recommended Duluth to has been disappointed. It's old school quality that last.

Absolutely love Duluth Trading Company, love it even more when we find a brick and mortar store. The store is nicely laid out and bright. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and helpful. Today they were having a 30% off sale which made shopping even more fun. The selection was awesome.

Normally they are a great company to deal with. Not now. Ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise, 17 days later, the order still hasn't shipped. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. If you want to order for Christmas, order in July not November.

The company has gone to crap. They no longer make the firehose cargo pants and have come out with some garbage to replace them. Last time I placed an order it took more than a month to get it with little or no explanation why. No longer worthy of consideration for my clothing needs. This is what happens when a company becomes successful and over pays executives to make bullshit decisions on what people want.

Welcoming and helpful staff in a well organized store that feels airy and a bit old-school. Prices were a bit higher than expected and the selection geared towards casual rather than work wear. Quality seems to be good, as far.
