I have worked with EIS Business Solutions for over 25 years. Bob Smith initially set up all the software and maintenance, and has provided on-going support. They worked with us on Microsoft, Cavallo/Salespad, Great Plains/Power GP Online, and reporting. Several years ago they also assisted in our transferring to mobile devices.
