We called Elite Security Installation for a free estimate. Bryce scheduled a visit during which time he reviewed different types of cameras, made recommendations based on our needs, provided an estimate, and scheduled the installation. I'll start this review by pointing out that i am currently a quality assurance analyst with over 30 years of electronics, networking, and cabling experience. We bought a new house that was 95 years old and i just didn't want to run the ethernet and camera system cabling myself.

Bryce listened to my detailed list of specific desires, only interjecting to offer reasonable alternatives, not just an "upsale" that wasn't necessary. He went above and beyond to help research camera systems that met my specifications event thought the brands discussed were a bit out of his primary product line. He was patient and didn't push the sale as I got other quotes and did my own research.

He wasn't the cheapest, but as far as I'm concerned he was the best. He and his crew treated my house as if it was their own. They were constantly cognizant of things that could cause unnecessary damage and made sure they mitigated them. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and always discussed alternatives with me instead of assuming they "knew best because they were experts".

The installation was not like the cable guy who just hangs stuff wherever he can but truly thoughtful and professional routing of the cables keeping them hidden and neat even in obscure corners of the basement and even the old garage.

I can't say enough about what a fine young man he is and how well serves his customers. Highly recommended!
