Non existent phone support, chat support is a lame attempt at a joke (Ana just up and right copy pasted one paragraph, asked if she could help with anything else and closed the chat right after so she could go back to watch her Netflix show, all in the span of two seconds). Deliveries are a lottery, preordered a 16 Pro Max on 13th Sept at 15:07, just 7 minutes after the pre orders have started and still not even an inch of progress on at least updating me on the status of the order. Meanwhile, my girlfriend placed a pre-order on the 21st or something like that and it’s being delivered tomorrow. Absolutely horrendous experience. Also, writing ‘reviews’ on the products isn’t allowed if you criticise their service or poor handling of the order, they just reject your comment entirely. I’d rather trust a homeless man to sell me candies than this pathetic joke of a company.

They sent a product(sofa) which should contain 2 pieces, but they sent the same one two times. When I tried customer service, they have a chat that has a long delay and was not able to help me. I decided to return the "product". By the way their transport company (Sameday)does not deliver to the door, even if they should. It is very important for heavy objects like a sofa. For me, will be the last time that I ever order something from Emag.

One of the best if not the best online shopping with offline stores in Romania. Very few disappointments with them in 10 years or so of being their client. Although it's not always the cheapest I often choose them because of other benefits and customer service.

It feels more like an apple store than an emag store. Other than that, decent, but too much apple stuff ?️ to have a pleasant and informative visit. Also, some of the items on display seem used and tired...this doesn't make them appealing

The shop was quite crowded (just after Black Friday) but the guys working there did everything possible to speed things up. Also they were nice and helpful. Kudos to them!

I don't recommend to visit showroom. Nothing in there, only few brands and some expensive - display brands ( probably who offer more "șpagă")
The staff is unpleasant, with small exception (2-3 persons)
Better order pick up and return instead spend time and nerves in the small showroom ( is like an apartment with 4 rooms open space)
Order from EMAG is ok, but only sold by eMAG, not partners. From partners I ordered I returned the products because wasn't original, fake, copies, open package, etc.
I suggest to order with pickup and open package in emag showroom
