Warning. Emeals will auto-renew without any warning and refuses to provide any refund even if you cancel immediately. Be vigilant and cancel your subscription before renewal or mark on your calendar when you are due to renew if you no longer use the app because they will not refund you.

Deceptive billing prices. There was no free 14-day trial. I was immediately billed $100+. Think of Hello Fresh without the actual food, but scam billing process and rude customer service. I attempted to cancel the service. Two screens of hunting for small print cancelation, it tells me that even after my request to cancel, the subscription will remain active and renew January of 2025! It is the timeshare of meal planning, without the benefit! ***Beware***

I attempted to be refunded for a renewal subscription that was already cancelled the year before. I called them the same day the payment hit. You can not reach an actual person. I tried chatting online but that also reroutes you and will not get you to a representative. They're blatantly attempting to avoid customers. Also, you do not receive an email letting you know the subscription is about to be renewed. Shame on them. I am going to stop payment with my bank just off the principal of them being so shady. Also, them meals are not great which is why I cancelled. Also will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Was under the impression that I would be charged $5 a month after the free trial expired. I never got an email notification that they would be charging my card or that my free trial was about to expire like most businesses do. I tried to call their customer service but it kept hanging up unless I had an access code and conveniently couldn't find my information. I tried canceling on the website but instead of refunding my money it asked me to call customer service, and you can never get a person. Please do not use this service you will never get any customer service and the website isn't that great. Shame on you Walmart for partnering with such a shady company

I cancelled last month after it renewed for the year. I received no email confirmation that I cancelled but my account says I have no plan to cancel. And now I have a second charge for renewal less than 2 weeks later. I can't get a hold of a single human, there's no live chat, just an option to send an email. This is aterrible customer service and the meals weren't even that good.

If I could put a 0 I would. Company is a joke. Complete SCAM. Charged me $100/ month for unused account. With my understanding it was a "free 2 week trial." I explained the situation and they were extremely rude saying the word "contract" but that contract they talk about is VERY hidden (I haven't even found it) when "signing up" for the "free trial" they stated. EXTREMELY poor customer service. Do NOT recommend. Save your money. Can't say enough times what a scam this company is

I wanted to see if they would be cheaper than some of the meal plans but I went to send them to Walmart and I found out that it was 100.70! My mom can’t afford this amount I think I will just buy locally then use this.

I kept trying to cancel at the time it stated for my trial which I never used. The automated system kept telling me I was not eligible to cancel. I wrote a email to them because you can't get a real person no response. Then I was charged when I did finally think it was canceled and now I can't get anyone to respond to me about that. What a scam they have going on. Beware!!!!
