MrAdunk01 review of epic design is completely bogus. As co-owner of epic design and being in the construction business for 25+ years this persons review makes zero sense. As of the time of this persons review epic design has 3 projects submitted to the county and no current projects under construction so its impossible to “talk to our contractors.” We perform most of our own work as well so there would also not be a contractor to talk to except for me or my partner.

In a nutshell, Epic Design is awesome! These guys are top professionals, who build luxurious houses in an organized and calm manner! Any construction have little mistakes and problems here and there, but Epic team were dealing with all small problems with cold analysis and wise solutions, eliminating any stress from all employees. It was a pleasure to work with them and help building nice houses! In addition, they have top notch interior designer and bosses that can handle any construction! Go Epic!

The houses look great but I've talked to their contactors, and they say the working conditions are bad and they don't like to pay for the work done.
They also pay zero attention to what's code or not.
These homes will not pass a code enforcement inspection.
Buyer beware.
