One of the worst companies to work with. If I could I would get it negative stars in every category .
We were promised 4 weeks of training for the job. Only gave us 5 days of training and said after this you are on your own. Horrible communication with the leader team. To top it off the supervisor Mr. Know it all was another level rude, unprofessional, unhelpful person. Asking him any work related questions would offend him and he’d make you feel as if you know nothing despite the fact that my QA was excellent.

I agree with all the negative reviews. This by far is the worst company to be a part of.

-100 stars is what this company deserves. Please hire someone that can speak fluent english. I have given them our fax number multiple times to send over the request but they can't seem to get that correct either. Today I reached out to the insurance company that they are requesting records for and informed them of the terrible service and was told to NOT give them any information moving forward.

As a clinician, I deal with several chart reviews and adjustment requests through this company. My experience with them has always been terrible. I am finding that I am always deleting voicemails from their agents because of how impossible it is to understand their messages due to the extremely difficult or heavy accent. If the accent wasn't bad enough, the agents always forget to leave a reference number as well or rush through the entire message with no valid information for reference other than perhaps a phone number which I've had to google to confirm and waste valuable time trying to track down with the agent that happens to pick up my call, which is more than I need to be doing in the first place. As an experienced remote worker myself, I understand the challenges of being a working parent with children can be, but I've received messages with children screaming in the background and I'm left having to decipher the request in question. I would suggest they instead hang up the phone and try to call back again rather than leave an incomplete or incomprehensible message to decipher. I feel this company needs to revamp their choice of employees or at least hire proper English speaking personnel, or slow down their script at best. I encourage my clients and others reading this, to seek other companies for this service instead.

Received request for records for my employer and called to clarify. Unable to understand person who answered. Also, numerous voice mails regarding request were left, but couldn't understand any of them. Would be helpful to have better English speaking staff.

They called 2 times within the past hour. I could not understand 90% of the voicemail due to a very strong accent. When I searched the number it immediately was listed as a scam. Just read online that there was a big data breach that was reported by Surgeon General on

Their fax machine line was busy for two days.
Unable to comprehend office hours and appropriate times to call back, then even after establishing I'm not in the office, ask me a list of verification questions, some of which I am unable to answer because I am not in the office.

Absolutely horrible experience, if I could rate one star I would. This company is a sham - they do not follow proper HIPAA protocols while handling sensitive information and they do not properly train their staff on how this process should go. Do not use them

Beautiful offices in the nice Tireco bldg. Employees seemed relaxed and friendly. I didn't take the open job as it required travel. Heard rumors that they are outsourcing many of their jobs to India & Philippines.
