We had eSolutions do a complete upgrade to one of the cranes at our facility; Bad Lizard Granite & Quartz. Prior to their work, the crane was operational, but very limited in its movement and frankly, a pain in the butt to use. Bill Batton and his team at eSolutions did numerous pre work site visits with us to measure and figure out exactly what we wanted to accomplish with the new upgrades. Then they ordered everything and upon arrival did the complete fitting and installation of the new components. Now we have a fully directional crane complete with 2 speeds in every direction. The wireless operation is now smooth and most importantly: safe. eSolutions was very professional, fast, and their pricing was competitive. As a business owner, I can appreciate hiring great companies that do great work. We're extremely happy that we hired Bill and his team at eSolutions to do our project.

We have used eSolutions on two separate occasions. During the first visit, Chris and Noah helped us to install the electrical components for our new air conditioning units. This was a large expenditure and we wanted to make sure the electrical work was done correctly. Chris was recommended to us by another great local contractor (Kinsley Construction) and lived up to Mike Kinsley's great referral. While at the house, Chris noticed a lightening rod that wasn't hooked up correctly and offered to fix that too. We were very happy with the first job.

So, when the next electrical job came up, of course we contacted eSolutions again. This time, Brent O and Nicholas came out. They removed an old circuit breaker box, installed a new updated box and installed arc-fault circuits.

While they were there, we asked them to install a grounding wire for a newly installed gas line and they took care of that also. The Gas Line Specialist took the time to compliment eSolutions on the great job they did on the grounding wire.

We are relatively new transplants to West Virginia and are very grateful to have found eSolutions. They are punctual, dependable, pleasant and do great work!
