Shawn has been great. I first used him several years and since then he has added another router to ensure we have consistent and fast speeds throughout our house. He is quick to respond, knows his stuff very well and easily available for support. I would certainly recommend him!!

LOOK NO FURTHER - Eugenius should be your #1 resource for IT services!!

Shawn was absolutely fantastic and knocked it out of the park for us!!! We discussed the issues I was experiencing and what was I looking to accomplish, he made recommendations and put together a plan for me, then executed quickly and easily without hassle. Worth every penny.

He was easy to communicate with, super organized, prompt, and great to work with. Highly, highly recommend to others - I plan on using Shawn again whenever I need IT help!

I am giving a five-star review to Shawn who installed my new cable modem and WIFI router. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process to me. Shawn was engaging and patient as he worked through some comcast issues. The installation process went smoothly and I am now enjoying faster and more reliable internet service. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who needs help with their internet connection. We had our Comcast account hacked and weren't certain the extent of the hacking (TV, internet, etc.). After trying to solve this ourselves, we decided to hire a professional. We called Eugenius and Shawn was out here the same day. He walked through all of our home network and devices and suggested replacing routers and various other ways to lock down our network. We ordered the new equipment he recommended and Shawn was here the day we received it and he finished the job.

In addition he helped us get our security cameras back up, ran malware checks on our devices, reprogrammed our phones, ran OS/security updates on laptops until they were complete (several iterations). He had a lengthy conversation with a rep for our cameras and went above and beyond to help resolve issues (fixed wiring on cameras).

Shawn was extremely competent and thorough and we would highly recommend Eugenius for any home network security needs.

I just posted this on Yelp, but wanted to make sure it came through on Google Reviews as well. Shawn saved my bacon! I have a big meeting that's coming up and we are required to use MSFT's Teams for the presentation. For whatever reason several other meeting platforms (e.g. WebEx) connected and worked fine, but Teams did not. I saw Shawn's reviews on Yelp and decided to call him over the Squad and others. I'm so glad I did - his service was exceptional and it was a tremendous value. He worked remotely and got my laptop set-up to ensure that Teams is now coming through crystal clear. Eugenius is worth putting on your list of 'In case of emergency' phone numbers when it comes to internet connectivity. I'm planning on using him again to upgrade my router.

Shawn from Eugenius was incredible to work with. From the very beginning, he worked with our schedule, collaborating together to find a solution perfect for our business. He listened to our budget, needs, and end goals and came up with the ideal products for us. Him and his team were able to come on such short notice when we found ourselves in a time crunch for our project. They were friendly and organized and their work was done professionally and looked clean. Our server room went from wires of all types going every direction to a clean and concise rack-mounted network solution. I would definitely recommend Eugenius to all of my friends for their networking needs. It was worth every penny.
