Service was installed last week. So far, we are very pleased with the service! The entire process has been well thought out, moved along at a better-than-expected pace, and every person that I have interacted with to this point has been very kind and friendly. The tech doing the install even brought sandals to change into, as his work boots were very muddy from digging outside. I have been impressed from my first contact, and it continues today. Highly recommend!

Our installer was great a he answered any questions we had and configured our network so there was nothing we needed to do he also did a great job with the installation of the equipment all cables that were run are not visible on the house

These guys were excellent in their whole operation in my opinion. The technicians did what they said they would; installed everything with no errors; they cleaned up after themselves, and the system operates as advertised. I'm very satisfied.

The installation guys did a fantastic job! In particular the guy who brought the fiber into our house worked his tail off. Our ground was very hard and he had to hand dig in our rock bed as well as a few places in our yard. Really appreciate all the effort! If they work as hard at providing fast internet, I won't miss Spectrum at all!

There is nothing I can say, but GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Right from the start of construction, coming up 7 Mile Rd., to installation, to cable burial, everyone did a wonderful job. I don't know the names of the construction crew, but they were fabulous. The installer, Jeremy, kept my hose clean coming in and out. He took extra care around my wife's flower gardens. They took into account that I'm a 3rd Shifter, and they accommodated my needs by scheduling everything first thing in the morning.
