I've been a client of Executech's for over 10 years. Over the last 9 months I've never been treated so unfairly. I've been billed and billed for hours not completed. Given nothing but excuses as to why I don't matter to them and ultimately, even unfairly treated in our exit / termination. (took them 45 days to even transfer all licenses etc to my new provider given them nothing but excuses as to why it took so long, all the while continuing to bill me. Sad really because the old ownership would have NEVER let this happen. Potentially new clients beware.

The saga continues, 2 months after my above review I still can't get anyone from Executech to call / problem solve my concerns. They still are over billing me for services that were terminated 4+ months ago. (I can't move my Microsoft accounts over and HAVE to keep them there until February so they keep just throwing this stuff on my autopay that I can't turn off or else I lose my Microsoft accounts) Not sure how anyone would use these guys. Pretty sad to see considering I've used them for 10 years.

Still disappointed.

As a long time client of Executech, it is very disappointing to see how things have evolved in the past couple of years. They are far too big to care or be able to provide an acceptable level of support. Tickets take days to get a response, that is if they dont close your ticket first with no response. Offboarding them and shifting to a smaller MSP that could provide us the attention we needed was something we wish we had done sooner.

I was a client of Executech's for over 15 years and never had any problems when it was run by the founder. Recently, I've had nothing but problems beginning with my email not letting me email to any "gmail" emails without them being returned. Ridiculous this was even an issue and even more ridiculous that I was charged every time I called to fix this! I also received an email that looked like spam telling me I needed to change my password. In the 15 years I've been a client I had NEVER seen this so I ignored it and then was locked out of my account. When I called tech support it took less than 5 minutes to resend the email and I was billed $60. When I called billing to question these charges I was promptly dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. Executech made it VERY clear they did not care to have my business so I happily moved on

I have been using Executech for almost 7 years now, for my business. I started using them in my first year of business and got a new computer through them. I have been paying monthly for a spy wear subscription. The last couple of years when I have called for come assistants I couldn't get any help or I was told I don't pay enough monthly to get that kind of help, so I just stopped trying to get help from them when I needed it.
About a year ago I had asked if they could build another computer for me and I was told they don't do that anymore, so I had to buy a new computer about a month ago, because mine was about to die. I called to cancel my spy wear subscription, that I have paid every month for years. Because I cancelled it I was charged $240 to cancel it. I understand it took some work to cancel things but the computer isn't even running anymore and it wasn't that I wanted to cancel it I had to, I had to get a completely different computer from a different company. I have called to talk to someone about it, left a message and no return call. I emailed someone and they told me that is what it was I asked for a phone number for a manager and no response.
I will pay my bill but I won't ever use them again or recommend them to anyone.
