Absolutely love this business! They are always so nice in communication, and get your designs and orders out very quickly. The matte and gloss stickers are both very high quality and the one on my water bottle looks great after 1 year despite constant use.
And the best part for me?

They do the editing for the border shapes on the stickers for me, without charging any additional fees. If you're debating trying them out, I recommend giving it a go, and just ordering a couple stickers to get an idea and see if you like them. They have no minimum order requirement, and that's what I did first.

I genuinely do apologize for the less than perfect review, but I wanted to be honest with my experience purchasing from here. I bought a total of 130 stickers, 10 of each for 13 designs, for my Etsy store. I ordered on November 26th and received them December 14th, which was a wait time longer than I expected, though I understand that may be my fault for ordering during the holidays and communication was excellent and quick when I asked for an update on the process. The stickers themselves arrived neatly packaged with care, and the colors are nice and vibrant. My issue lies in how difficult they are to peel. Many of the stickers I received have a slightly messy appearance with paper still visible around the edges that hasn't been completely cut off. When I attempted to peel multiple of the stickers, I found it very difficult, and ended up starting to rip off the entire paper backing as opposed to just the sticker peel. My girlfriend bought a few from me and I warned her about how difficult they are to peel and she even still remarked to me about how hard it was. At this point, I'm afraid to leave them up on my Etsy store in case I start receiving bad reviews about other people running into the same issue. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I ordered the wrong kind of sticker (Die-Cut, 2 inches each), but I figured it was important to let this problem be known!

Before ordering from this company consider the fact the owner kept 5 employees on payroll that he could not pay for the entire month of December, before telling them thats hes shutting down the business and not going to pay them. Any money you give him is going to paying debts.

The difference between Customer Service and Personal Service:

Customer Service - has a 1800 number, someone answers 24/7, could be in any country, and reads predetermined responses providing 'assurances.'

Personal Service - a human being who physically works at the biz location, is directly involved with the product, and responds in a timely fashion (aka regular working hours). Responds thoughtfully and specifically to the enquiry, makes reasonable promises, puts in realistic effort, which all results in a smooth frustration free transaction.
