DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Started off so well and was pleased with what they produced even though they took ages to produce a few images and had to extend my deadline because of them being slow however I’m still waiting for lots of images to be done and I have had no contact now with company now for over 4 months! I have already paid upfront from all my images and now out of pocket as I can’t complete my project as now I have images which are missing. I have phoned and emailed multiple times without reply! I’m not even sure if they are still trading but it would be nice to have contact with this company to understand where I stand. Such poor customer service! It disgusting how they can treat customers this way! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are thieves disguised as video or artistic production. They steal your money and their product is poor. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY up front. I am in a lawsuit with them. RUN!!!!!

Terrible!!!!
They took our money and did not respond for weeks. Reps keep leaving the company, so emails bounce back once they leave and you have to find someone else to help you. They are very unorganized and have very poor communication skills. They promised our money back and then disappeared.

Horrible illustrations and no attention to detail forced us to end the project and request a refund. Over a month of working with their billing department and no refund. Can’t get a hold of anybody now. We had to contact the credit card company to get our money back. Beware of this scam.
