Absolute horrible company to work with. I have been a customer for over 5 years with them. My business has fallen on hard times and we simply can not afford to have a monthly subscription any longer. I asked to cancel after being only 1 month past my yearly renewal and they will not work with me. The best they could do was offer me a buyout at 80% of my yearly fee. I can no longer afford my monthly dues, let alone afford to just throw $6,000 to completely cancel. I tried to explain that I may not be in business in a few months and they did not care. The amount of money I have given them over the years and they have shown no compassion over this. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Really have tried to get Extensiv to work better but there is zero concern with actually improving the product. Exports frequently do not work, customer service never knows what is going on, and it's insanely expensive for basic functionality -- thousands of dollars for pretty simple inventory management features. I really wish we had not signed a contract with them for a full year

Horrible. Have been using them for almost 3 years with my company. Loved it when it was Skubana and had no issues at all. Then they changed to Extensiv and have had nothing but problems. When you try to reach out to customer service, You get the run around and round. Chatted with a supposed expert help member for a week and still no resolve on any problems. Called and asked for a supervisor, talked to someone who was not a supervisor and was told that one would be in contact with me. I received 1 email, no phone call back, from a person claiming to be a supervisor over a week ago and they stated they would follow up with me in a few days. Nothing since. Is my program fixed, NOPE. I do not recommend them for any reason and we are looking for another shipping soft wear company now. This place is a joke. They will take your money but offer no help or solutions when your having issues with there program. Horrible customer service.

I can't believe how terrible this company is! It's like working with illiterate children.. Everyone says "We will get this taken care of!" then disappear for months with no ability to get a hold of them. Emails get generic responses constantly, and support tickets get left completely untouched. I'm convinced at this point that every good review they have is by their own employees. (Look into some of their LinkedIn profiles and you will see their good reviews are made by their employees lmao.) Maybe they will finally do anything to fix their trash systems and acknowledge their clients for once. Last time we were told our support tickets would be taken care of we were left sitting in a call for 2 hours with no response. I suggest you all go anywhere else. Making labels with Sharpie would be more efficient than using their broken program.

I can't say I have ever worked with a comapny as slow and incompetent as this one. It's clear that as far as they are concered, they're getting paid either way. So getting things done in a timely manner is never a priority for them. You will talk with IT members who don't know their own logins, managers who can't figure out what the program is built for, and a support team who couldn't be bothered to answer emails or support tickets. It's been made very clear to us that the only way to get their attention and fix anything is to come here and leave a review. Even then you might be lucky to get a response within the year. It's like the company hires everyone with a roulette wheel and assigns them places without training. Please god anyone fix the constant errors. And to anyone who reads this, for the love of god stop disabling pertinent features to make your program look better. Functionallity should be far more prioritized than making it look sleek, unless you work for extensiv, who will sell you a program that doesn't work and pretend like they don't see your emails. At this point, I'm not sure this can be rectified. We still have an open support ticket that is 19 months old. Crazy.

Absolutely the buggiest, slowest, and incapable system. If you are looking for a system where the errors happen in the hundreds by the day and it takes support 12-15 months to reply to you then this is the system for you.
