Avoid at all costs!!!! We have been a customer well over 10 years and we have 2 devices that are on trailers that we use maybe once per year. We were moving the trailers so i logged into my account to make sure the tracking device was working, it was not so i called customer service and she said the equipment we have installed has been obsolete for over 2 years but they still have been taking money out of our a count . Marty the owner of Fleetila states he spoke with someone at our company 2 years ago regarding, it’s funny that person hasn’t ran the business for over 7 years and there would be no way he could have spoke with him. If the equipment is obsolete why keep charging our account? Why not just close the account. They are crooks!
