I came to buy a TV, but none of the salesmen approached me to give advice. Came back the next day to buy the TV I wanted (did some research at home). I then got wrong advice about the wall bracket, which I had to return the next day (way to heavy and expensive for what I needed). In short: this store has no added value compared to buying online.

I would have given it a zero star if it existed. Very rude staff, unhelpful, stood there for 20 minutes before he could tell us where to find the item we were looking for. Zero for customer service, they need to educate their staff.

I recently visited a FNAC store, and overall, the experience was quite impressive. FNAC, known for its extensive range of books, electronics, and multimedia products, lived up to its reputation.

The store boasts a diverse selection of products. Whether you're a book lover, tech enthusiast, or music aficionado, FNAC has something for everyone. The book section is particularly noteworthy, with a comprehensive collection of titles across various genres, including a robust selection of manga. From popular series like "Killing stalking" and "Sexy cosplay doll" to lesser-known gems like hentai, the variety of manga available caters to both seasoned fans and newcomers to the genre. The electronics section is well-stocked with the latest gadgets, from smartphones to gaming consoles, ensuring that tech-savvy customers can find the newest releases.

The staff at FNAC are knowledgeable and helpful. During my visit, I had several questions about different products, and each time, the employees provided detailed and accurate information. They were courteous and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. This level of customer service greatly enhances the shopping experience.

P.S. the security guard remembered me from the last time i visited this store and gasped out loud out of shock 😲

One notable aspect of my visit was the presence of a beautiful and professional security guard. He was not only diligent in ensuring the safety of the store but also added a welcoming presence with his approachable demeanor. It's always reassuring to see attentive security personnel, and his presence definitely enhanced the overall sense of security and friendliness in the store.

While my overall experience was positive, there are a few areas where FNAC could improve. For example, the store could take in a larger selection of security guards and sell back street girls the manga 😔

Greetings to Damien for his exceptional attention to my needs. I was looking for a Hybrid Camera; he provided all the information I needed, and I made a great choice. Despite the late hour, Patricia allowed us to check out. A special thanks to your professional team! 👌🏻

I bought The Count of Monte Cristo here whilst i was on holiday in Marseille for the weekend. My French is terrible and the staff were so kind and lovely to speak to, it definitely set a kind tone for the rest of my time there, thank you ☺️

There was never MUCH to like about fNac in general. The nicest one was at Odeon in Paris. Probably the only one with sunlight and windows. Their only store that didn't look like a dungeon.

Thus there was never much to like about the one at Belsunce... but now there's even less. It's on the second floor of one of the sunniest and most recognizable ports in the world... but you'd never know it because all of the walls are straight black.

On top of that... they've gone the extra mile and turned this particular dungeon into a labyrinth. It took me a full twenty minutes to figure out where they'd hidden (yes... HIDDEN... down a hall and around three corners) the movies. I searched high and low for a Meta Quest 2 only to be told someone would have to get one for me from the back.

Then WHY did I even come to this store? I could've just ordered whatever I wanted online and the mailman would hand it to me tomorrow.

People USED to go to electronics stores to see the things they read about and maybe discover something else while they were there. Fnac makes you regret coming to the store in the first place.

I understand they're worried about theft at Belsunce... but they should be more worried about creating a more welcoming environment.
They didn't have so much as an empty BOX to look at for most of the items.

At least now fNac has competition from Boulanger. Hopefully they learn something from them before it's too-late.

A department store. Meh. Expensive. All the usual dull vapid brands, Hugo, Hilfiger..
