I was a little hesitant to work with Four Way Party Rentals due to some of the reviews but I had a great experience with them. They were very professional and quick to get back to me. Their prices are very reasonable and they had a crew come set up the tent and disassemble it with no problems. Will definitely use Four Way Party Rentals in the future!

We used them this past weekend for our Swim Finals Tent. They are awesome. The two gentleman that set up the tent was nice and hard workers. Our tent was the best tent there! It was so sturdy - it stood the horrible thunderstorm that came through. Will be using them in the years to come for our A Finals Swim Meets!

Staff is very rude. The owner never speaks to the customer when they have an issue. They canceled my order for my son's graduation party because I said I wanted to change the date because there was supposed to be a severe storm coming that weekend. I waited to the last possible minute (3 days prior) to try and change the date. I was actually talking to the the entire week about it. I wanted to know my options and they got upset because I wanted to change it and canceled my order. Now I gave a weeks notice and they didn't refund me my full amount back to my debit card they wrote a check with a 3% fee taken. They are very rude and messy. My order was made and paid in full 1 month in advance. Smh. I'll never use them again.

DO NOT USE!! I placed an order for a June grad party in January. The delivery was WRONG and the owner and secretary would not answer phone calls! The nice delivery men came to an acceptable solution on their own to save the party. Two days later I did not get a call or an apology ONLY A NASTY EMAIL SAYING THAT I STILL OWED THEM MONEY!! Worst customer service ever!

Everything went great! I let them know how we wanted the chairs set up on the day of the wedding and they did so perfectly. Great communication as well.

Great service, they set up the tent a few days before the event. Very nice & respectful couple of guys that put up the tent. Reasonable prices too!
