Future State was a great partner in helping me find my next adventure. Harrison was great to work with, he was knowledgeable about the Portland market and he really helped me work out the kinks in my resume. This is a poaching recruiting company. Trolls LinkedIn and actually calls employees at their current place of employment. I would consider the ethics of this company before doing any business with them.
