Never particularly had a bad experience here, usually can find something I'm interested in here, be it music or movies. Of course it's a mall store so it won't be as cheap as somewhere online but that's part of the shopping experience. Staff is usually pleasant to talk to when checking out, I've never had any problems. Much better than the other FYE at the other mall across town.

A few years ago they ask if I wanted to be part of the FYE BACKSTAGE PASS and did not tell me it would cost 11.99. When I found out I went and canceled it but here we are on 2024 being charged the same 11.99. They make it incredibly hard to contact their service (phone # doesn't work) and you can't even tell your card/bank to stop the payment because FYE puts you on autopay. Horrible company, I'm not even the only one with this issue. Imagine not telling someone it will automatically draft from their account and then even still being charged AFTER CANCELLING.

Just found another email now, THEY SIGNED ME BACK UP WITHOUT EVEN ASKING.

Dirty.
Hasn't been vacuumed (or mopped) in months. Stains all over in the carpeted areas. Loose tiles thrown in where tiles were formerly broken out and very much a trip hazard. Tables of shirts in shambles. CDs and movies not remotely in any order.
My pictures dont even show the true mess of it all.
Also, why are half the lights off?
Employees don't seem to care...they are all just hanging out at the register together. 🙄
New management needed or management needs to start caring about this place. 🤔

A lot of cool stuff! Imported snacks and collectables with plenty of good gift options for people all around. The store feels like it's falling apart though! There's damaged areas with barely any of the lights working. The store is often messy. The staff are kind. Biggest downside is the prices! They are very expensive for things sold at half the price just a few stores away

Do not sign up for the FYE backstage pass. I was mislead into thinking it was like any other stores rewards program...free right! Nope it was only a one month free trial and I was charged $11.99mo fee with the card I used to make my purchase in store. Went to the store to get my money back and cancel since i signed up in store and they said they cannot do it, you have to call their 800 number. So I wasted my time in store. I called the number and spent over 20min with the person trying to get me to stay on before canceling and getting my money refunded. I was completely frustrated and glad I noticed with only one charge.

Do not go here under any circumstances. I was checking out buying a 5 dollar item, and the cashier said, “If you email your receipt, I can get you 10% off of your purchase!”. Signed me up for whatever monthly recurring BS they offer. Said the signature was consent to receive the email. I never complain about businesses, but these guys are trashy scam artists, be ashamed.

Horrible service. Dirty store. Many lights out. When I walked in a girl told me in a very rude tone no food or drink in the store. Then we asked what time they closed and while the same girl that had the rude tone was talking on her cell phone about emails she loudly stated 7:00 and went back to her conversation. When she was done with her phone call she proceeded to ride and electric scooter around the store and around customers that were shopping. All the employees were standing at the register leaning and talking while the store was poorly stocked and extremely dirty. This store is like a social club for them and their friends instead of a business. The lady with the rude tones name was Lysandra
There was then an associate with purple hair that was driving the scooter around and was bragging that they reached 11 miles per hour in the sore.
This store needs leadership to direct the team. We were shopping at 6:00pm on a Wednesday. This in my experience would be unacceptable for my team to do!
