They gave me a decent price on fixing the screen on my phone but now my back doesn't go on my phone all the way, there's glue hanging out of my 1200 dollar s23 phone and now I don't have service unless I'm in wifi, like some hardware has been taken out of my phone. And I have to reset it twice a day because the screen doesn't respond at times. I definitely would not take my phone back there. 😒 and I took my phone to a Samsung store and just found out they broke my internal antenna so now I only have service on Wi-Fi. They will never get my service again.

My cell phone screen cracked (a lot) while I was in town. They were fast to get it installed. I don’t know if $125 is a good price but I was in a bind to get it fixed. The problem is that less than a week later a piece of the edge of the screen is cracked off. If I lived there, I could go back to complain, but I am 400+ miles away. It’s very disappointing for the screen to not last a week, especially for that price.

Nice employees no problem with prices, working games, very helpful! Other bad reviews about employees are half right. They most likely take shifts and it's a 50.50. All my experiences are good. Go here if you like old games

I would highly suggest to not get your phone fixed here. Go to Ann Arbor or Lansing. He forgot to even call me to mention that the screen replacement arrived and I had to be the one to check in. The screens they use to replace are cheap. My screen tends to now turn green as the day goes on and will have discoloration in the center and on the sides with a green ring around the camera. The phone can now also no longer detect sound for voice to text or any other feature that isn't calling on the phone.

There prices use to be better, nowadays their pokemon cards are priced higher than anywhere else including the internet. It's like they don't understand how the market works.

Sold me a broken PlayStation controller claimed it was brand new had it in a Sony box I get home take it apart and it had counterfeit parts in it and wasn't working correctly out of the box would give 0 stars if I could don't recommend this store at all poor service rude workers and faulty items overall not a good store shouldn't be in business. *first picture is what I received from the store second picture is a real PlayStation controller

I bought a mini modded snes that came with 300+ games. I brought it home, played it for a few hours, next time I tired to turn it on.. nothing. I'm giving them a positive review because , they did give me a full refund. The only strange thing about my experience is that I was told that exact system was returned before for having issues. Why put it back on the shelf? 🤷‍♂️
