Great place!!

They are very knowledgeable on old and new systems, and associated accessories per console.

I wasn’t aware that 3rd party ps3 DualShock controllers wouldn’t work the same as actual Sony controllers and couldn’t progress in a game. They were kind enough to let me exchange it used and just pay the difference for a legitimate controller.

They also have excellent prices for repair and upgrading! We had an SSD installed on our ps3, and it was done within 1 hour.

We plan on going back for more upgrades and any repairs for issues that come our way.

Very nice man and they fixed my ps5 hdmi very fast and smooth. They also have great prices on games and know how to communicate. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here!

This place is a complete robbery, I went in here earlier for PS5 controllers and he's trying to sell them brand new for $80 which is way over priced and i looked and said i might as well go to gamestop and get one new or used for cheaper. Then he shows me one with no box or packaging saying he fixed it and that I could get it for $50 if I wanted it, but the controller had scratches all over it, the thumb pads were badly worn out and it was cracked and i could see where it had been glued back together. I used to go here a lot and shop for games and accessories but lately it just feels like he's inflating his prices way too high and trying to screw people out of there money. I won't be back.

*DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER*
This guy over charged me for a NES pin replacement for my original NES console. $70 for part and replacement. (Cost of a refurbished system) I was naive and just excited to fire up my old system so I bit like a fool.
Found out later those pins sell for $10-$15, and everyone else charges not even $20 to replace it. He lied and said that was standard. I will never shop here again and I urge others not to. I even asked for a veteran discount and he said no. Better off driving a few miles up the road to Retro-Taku. At least they offer discounts to veterans and have a larger selection and waaaay lower prices.

walked in with my broke ps5 on wednesday got it back fixed friday. Great customer service, Warm welcome, 5 stars for sure
