I am a mom and took my 12-year-old and nine-year-old here. I loved the old school arcade vibes with a nice mix of pinball, vintage arcade, and Japanese rhythm games. Not air conditioned and not food, but you can wander out to any of the many stores or restaurants if you are hungry. I think one of my kids was disappointed that it wasn’t more of a Dave and Busters but the other one was totally into it. Will go back.

Probably the only place in East Mass that you'll find working Rhythm game machines. Prices are decent, and the atmosphere is very enjoyable

so many arcades have come and went, but Game Underground has led the charge in hosting events and tournaments for well over 10 years. Check out the used games while taking a break from all the fun at the arcade!! I love this place and I only wish I could make it up there more often.

sold a game that didnt work and took it back for an exchange with no issue. the worker was very helpful and also ran me thru what the issue was with the game. walked out with a successful exchange and a new fun retro game to play. although the place is small and lacks air conditioning, i love the selection of arcade machines that are all really cheap compared to other arcades; $10 gets you just about all the plays you want. 100% recommand for anyone looking to have a great time!

Cool store, really glad I decided to make the trip.

I was able to get a collector's item console for a reasonable price in great shape and tested by the store.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of cool retro and newer games, some nice arcade machines, and a good setup for tabletop and card games.

Literally love this place as a rhythm gamer. Friendly staff and great selection of rhythm games!

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's bathrooms are really gross. It'd be a much more welcoming space for women if the bathrooms were regularly cleaned and just made nicer overall.
