This is a fantastic place especially for any gamers! There is so much to do and it’s ideal for keeping kids and adults entertained!! The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. We were really taken care of and given a first class service! They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time! It is a perfect place to enjoy not just VR but gaming and even having a relaxing drink and playing pool as well! I only wish they had one that wasn’t three hours away from us but it was definitely worth driving up and spending a day of our holiday here! Honestly can’t say enough great things about this place!! You must try it you won’t regret it!!

We have just come home from my son's 10th birthday party and I cannot believe how amazing it was. All the staff went above and beyond for us (especially Megan ?). The food was awesome. The mums enjoyed some gorgeous (and super cheap) cocktails, and it was worth every penny. Thank you all so much for probably the best birthday party we've had. I could not recommend this place enough.

This is the 2nd birthday party my son has had at GameGrid and it certainly didn’t disappoint! He and his friends visited last weekend and had a brilliant time on the VR games and the racing games, the boys really enjoyed being able to have a go on both. I can’t recommend the venue enough for your game-mad young people to celebrate a birthday. The staff are excellent all round and there’s a party room for the food when they’ve finished gaming, with tea and coffee for the adults. Fun with a capital F! A nice touch is the photos that are sent to you afterwards. Needless to say we’ll definitely be back, thank you for making my sons birthday extra special ?

Took my 11 Yr old son for his birthday with his sister and they loved it. They did 2 hours for their first time and were shattered by the end. The staff were amazing and the place itself was comfortable and inviting for parents to watch. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing place. (It's now moved near the big tesco) staff are amazing, particularly Dave who made my sons 13th birthday so special! And made his first virtual experience the most fun. Thank you so much

Visited with my wife, who doesn't usually play any sort of games. We had a lot of fun, the staff is great and always go out of their way to ensure the experiences are as smooth and fun as possible. Strongly recommend!
