Every single employee I've ever interacted with has been nothing but perfect, private rooms and members only areas, food directly to your table so you don't have to stop what you're doing to order food. Customer service can sometimes be slow I do understand considering this growth the store has experienced. This location is huge and accommodates hundreds of people sometimes. Fantastic pre-releases for many games or TCGs and wargames. Overall this store is a fantastic harmonious environment with food and alcohol serve directly to your table and decent pricing.

- The Scottsdale Gun Club of Tabletop Gaming.
- Free to play, lots of tables, free board game library, very comfortable padded chairs. Exclusive member packages.

-- They don't list the price on the board game boxes, you have to scan it and look it up individually using little kiosks. That's one big annoying thing to note.

HUGE selection of everything, board games of all sizes from small to huge, Warhammer variants, Warhammer miniatures, paints, terrain, brushes, trading card game boxes, trading card game playmats, all the dice you could ever desire, a freaking gigantic playroom area, some of the best bathrooms I've ever seen in my life, and exclusive membership benefits that rival the Scottsdale Gun Club but of the tabletop gaming community. Like there's a partner package that is $150 a month, they even have their own separate members lounge with better seating arrangements.

I like that Forks & Boards the restaurant is built-in/tied-in, the hours for Forks & Boards seemed more towards opening in the early evening. Tons of events here, I do like that it's free, tons of table configurations, tons of environment pieces to use, love the padded chairs they use - very comfortable.

One of the best restroom arrangements I've ever seen, you walk in and see a massive area to wash/dry your hands, a huge mixture of paper towel dispensers and air dryers. Followed by a hallway of individual rooms with toilets, doors that close and lock securely, no gaps, a normal toilet with real toilet paper. I will say I thought it was odd having hand-sensing faucets, as they go from 0 to 100 Niagara Falls level of output with no in-between. There are individual restrooms outside of the general restroom area that are very accessible for wheelchair users/other family-kid arrangements.

Moderately large selection of high quality board games to play with their free board game library. It's also completely free to bring in your own board games/tabletop games and play here completely free. They have drinks and snacks you can purchase, QR codes on every table it appeared. I personally think Mox Boarding House has a better system for food ordering but Gamers Guild AZ wins out in the comfort level of play, Gamers Guild uses very comfortable padded chairs. Better for long gameplay sessions. Gamers Guild also offers private game rooms, with all the accessories and things you will need for your gaming session.

Their membership packages are kind of interesting, three packages, two of them are normal, $10/mo - $50/mo, and then the third is like $150/mo. Granted, I will say, if this is your main hobby and have adult money to throw around, the $150/mo package comes with great perks/merchandise. I'm a man of poor spending habits, if this was your main hobby - 'why not?', heck it even comes with a meal upgrade (see I'm just selling myself on the package, keep these packages away from my wallet). They get you access to the members only lounge area, better tables, better board game library, better chairs, quieter, and a premium experience.

I thought it was a really cool place, definitely spacious, kind of wonder how loud it would get when full and how they plan to mitigate that in the future. When I was there it was very quiet but it wasn't busy, only a few people playing. They carried some unique miniature hard cases from a company called Battle Foam, which is a local company, thought that was neat.

It would be a 5-star if they marked their prices better on their products instead of forcing you to price-check it yourself in a slightly annoying manner. However, overall, a great experience, with exclusive perks to those who are willing to pay.

You must see this place!! Massive selection of games! Full of people! You can play games for free! You can rent a table-for free! You can meet fellow gamers! You can eat here! In a world thats become much more closed off or antisocial this is a place of human gathering. Definitely worth a look.

We recently held a meeting here for the Bell Road Business Alliance and we were blown away! Not only is the retail and gaming space over-the-top impressive, the meeting rooms are excellent. They're spacious, well appointed and functional with a little bit of fun! I highly recommend for any function. We were also able to sample some food from Forks & Boards and it was delicious and graciously served. Bonus! Thank you to Jason and Jake!

This is truly one of the best game stores I've had the pleasure of visiting. It not only has a vast collection of games, but the space is utilized so well that it's a wonder how smaller spaces do it. Every staff member is so friendly and accommodating that I never have that anxious feeling before I ask for assistance. They are ever evolving and constantly improve upon an already near perfect formula for a gaming store. They are also so inclusive and progressive in their stances socially and politically that it makes me happier to spend my hard earned money there. Overall I feel lucky that I live so close to such a great store.

Flew out from Canada to check out the grand opening and the Altered Grand Tournament which was the biggest in North America to date. The event space is HUGE, you can run a 50+ person tournament and still have many large groups playing other games comfortably.

The attached restaurant (Forks & Boards) is also incredible - don't overlook it thinking it's just bar food. Options range from unique apps, a burger made to your liking that would rival a gourmet burger joint (how many places can you choose to have it made medium rare let alone at a lgs), a delicious chicken or salmon dinner plate, desert, drinks...all without leaving your game table if you so wish, but taking a break in the stand alone restaurant is also a perfect change of scenery after some long gaming sessions.

This is definitely THE destination for any gamers, I envy anybody within driving distance. The mural is beautiful and under appreciated by the way!

Overwhelming amazing. Never have I seen so much awesome nerddom in one repeated location. Countless tables for card games, board games, war games, all other games. Free board game rentals with an ID! Table service drinks and food from Forks and Boards that is attached. Bar with gelato. I have to check out brunch here. Can't wait to bring my friends for an all day gaming session!

This place is really nice! Lots of space even when you're sitting at a table. Restaurant, bar and gelato is attached and you can order from your seat. Special rooms you can reserve as well.
Cons - they are sold out of commander decks w a few odd balls available. Commander dice are sold out as well and when you ask when they'll be in stock, they just say they show up randomly and sell out immediately. Not helpful at all. I prefer my gaming store to not be political and this store gives out free "pronouns" pin which shows their pushing an agenda. Aside from those few cons the store is great. I game to have a good time and escape reality momentarily, but pushing their pronouns onto customers is such a huge turn off for me. If they fix it, then we'll go back but until then there are a lot of great gaming stores nearby.
