***TO NOTE, this was at the NORTH PHOENIX LOCATION***We recently held a meeting here for the Bell Road Business Alliance and we were blown away! Not only is the retail and gaming space over-the-top impressive, the meeting rooms are excellent. They're spacious, well appointed and functional with a little bit of fun? Recently made my first purchase from Gamers Guild AZ and I am very happy with them. I made a mistake on my order and they were fast to respond to my e-mail and fix it for me. I e-mailed another time regarding a pre-order and they were again fast to respond, with friendly and helpful communication. They had great prices, which is a definite plus. I think the only thing stopping me from making them my primary board game store is the lack of a `customer hold` option on purchases to wait until I meet the free shipping threshold.

Found some Armada and X-Wing miniatures stuff in their online shop for cheap well after both game's cancellation, and overpriced aftermarket prices. Shipping was fast, and reliable. Most of it i already have, but multiples are always nice to have. And it was all in great shape!

Awesome helpful staff. A decent amount of flesh and blood, affordable sleeves in a good variety too. Also a lot of card cases and deck boxes. Their singles collection seems decently sized and priced and I've enjoyed shopping at this location thus far.

Great place for tabletop games. I'm in Indiana... Wish we had a place like this by us. But... I was able to order from them and they shipped pretty quick. Excellent packaging and product. Will buy from here again!!!

Used to be one of the best shops in the valley, and I will still give them credit for having a lot of product available but most of it is older product that is higher than online despite being "market".

However, the availability for single card purchases has gone completely out the window. There is no more buying singles in store like an LGS should be. And multiple times I've been told it will take at least a 24-hour turnaround for any singles. If you have a list it's going to take longer. Like don't have a entire department in store called the card department if you can't even get single cards. That is a form of false advertisement. There's nowhere listed about the 24-hour plus turnaround time. It's a good thing I do my due diligence before just placing a blind order through, because they collect payment as you place the order, as they should. But if I'm going to be paying for something especially singles and then after I've paid you said oh yeah come back tomorrow maybe. I would be livid.

I will just take that list to any of the seven stores within 20 minutes of them. And if I have to wait for it to be shipped from one spot to the next to another, I'm just going to order them offline. I know they accommodate multiple games. But this is just poor business especially in a card game community. Also no need for any sort of generic reply giving an excuses to why this is a better business practice. Your entire shop has been going downhill. In every aspect from customer service to availability.
