My roommate and I are avid board game enthusiasts and frequent board game shops wherever and whenever we can. This place has hands down one of the largest collections of board games I’ve ever seen! They can be pricey but it’s important to support local shops like these. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly

Delighted to have found this place. Not only were they able to special order the obscure game expansions I was looking for, but they thoroughly impressed me with their friendliness, competence and all around awesome vibe. Got to talking with the staff when I went pick up my games and learned they host a number of weekly events as well as having a section in the back with tables for playing from a selection of demo games. I'll be back.
Oh! And they have this cool wrapping station for the holidays, too!

Great local store. Went in on a whim looking for a game for my husband's birthday. Told the nice guy working there what I was interested in and our general skill level and he gave some options. I picked one that he recommended and it's great! He also told me if we didn't understand or needed help with game play, to give them a call because they wanted customers to have fun with the games they got. Will be going back!

WE LOVE GAMESCAPE! We're immensely lucky to have such a stellar ma & pa as part of our world. Over the years, they've kept us in fantastic board games, card games, puzzles, RPG, and miniatures, and every single time we go in...we find something cool and unexpected that adds fun to our lives.

The store has a great selection of alternative RPGs, especially compared to other stores that only carry Hasbro D&D. But the customer service experience each time I go there is a turn off.
Most of this relates to the same person who I assume is the weekend manager. Instead of helping me find what I'm looking for, he tells me what I should buy. Doesn't listen to me as the customer and is a bit rude and condescending if I don't agree with what he is trying to sell me. (I'm not interested in contrast paint)
5 stars for RPG selection, 2 stars for customer service and 1 star for the musty dog smell of the store.

I shopped with gamescape north online after noticing they had a copy of a book I’ve been looking for for some time. These folks are awesome and stand above the ethics of many game and hobby stores because they could have easily found a way to increase the cost of this title and instead they sold it for cover.

Granted I live on the other side of the country but in any instance I can recommend them, I certainly will (I do work at a game store so it is in the realm of possibilities.)

I’m so excited for this book I might have to set aside the new angron title and horror anthology black library put out and dive into this tonight! Thanks again!!
