Staff are pretty chill here when I stop in. Some of the pricing confuses me but sometimes it's nice just to window shop and maybe get a little treat.

Make sure you look at your items before you leave the store. My man was excited he finally found a game he’s been wanting to play for a while now, but when we got home and tried putting it in the playstation the disk was unreadable. Turns out theres a crack on the bottom of the disk. Being a place that sells used games you think they would check
that. We don’t usually have problems like that so we didn’t think to check. From now on we definitely will though.

Not a very friendly Game Stop.
I always like to greet and interact, to find out what's new or a recommendation. Also out of respect to show one's appreciation of the retail profession. But no greeting and when I asked a question no response, was totally ignored. The 2 employees continue to talk amongst themselves. Didn't even ask fir my membership # to add points to my account and or discount I'd applicable.

Went to gamestop looking for a new headset and controller. As you know it's always painful looking into headsets and such to keep up with the latest in gaming but the sales rep was AWESOME I'd give it a solid 10/10 for the experience . He was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction and was super composed helping me and another customer while he was alone. Big props to you guys for having such awesome staff here at this location. Thanks again myles

Love going here was having troubles with my ps4 stop working. Brittany diagnose the problem showed me how to reboot my system. The next problem was my GOW would not load so again Brittany came through and help me to get that game loaded. Then I was having trouble with my Skyrim game we found out that the some of the game saves were corrupted. So she recommend to set up a ps account save to the cloud delete the Skyrim game and reload Skyrim. So I did it fix the problems and now I'm back playing the game. Thanks to her for being there to assist me. Wish there were more people like her to put guest first. This is why I drive and far as I do because of people like Brittnay.
