My son and I spend the weekend at Wildhorse Pass Casino and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
The room - which apparently we got upgraded- was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating for a mother - son. We dined at the Upper Deck and casino level breakfast restaurants and the food/service was good.
Our only disappointment was when the main pool was closed off for a day leaving us to be in the ‘adult pool’ with a lot of children and adults.
Otherwise, our stay was great.

Really great resort. The room was fantastic balcony tower. Saw a great concert here at their showroom. Shula’s Prime restaurant good food too. Did not use pool but the area looked amazing. Would definitely come back. Keep those concerts coming!

Fantastic stay, but what really made it was Maria in the Business Center! We had issues with getting multiple packages out and had to leave to catch a flight. Maria helped out that day, the next when a colleague continued to work on it, and then called after the weekend to pack everything securely, make sure everything was taken care of, and saved us costs, too. All the while she was delightful and even took on *our* work so that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. What could have been an expensive disaster is all set. Maria's a gem!

Great experience! Beautiful hotel, very efficiently managed. Great restaurants. Very comfortable and quiet room. ||Staff were very friendly and helpful. ||Room set up for business event was lovely. Catered meal was outstanding. ||Location is excellent. Easy drive to the airport or other parts of Phoenix, but out in the dessert so you feel like you’re really getting away.

I just was at a conference there and if I could give the service 10 stars, I would. I’d specifically like to shout out to Maria McElroy in the business center! She really came through for my organization when we needed help. ❤️ Many thanks! But also the venue for the conference was very nice with helpful staff and great food!

It is really my favorite casino. Fun atmosphere, great giveaways and promotions. We travel over an hour just to play here. Love Smashburger too! Best free gift giveaway in terms of quality and method (go in pick gift on slot & they mail it to you!) Love that you don't have to walk around casino holding gifts! Thank you!

This place is tight as hell! I spend a good amount of money there and can't even get a free play, not a comp to a restaurant, no room not even a free drink. I'm going else where from now on. This used to be my only casino I would go to buy not anymore. They are going to have to make some major changes before I agree to go back there

Staycation, didn't want to spend extra money on transportation. But I felt out of town. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Room had a modern feel and the weather was perfect for our balcony. We will come again. Also love the over 21 yrs old pool area😊
