Experience was fantastic except for pickup. My wife and I had a great time here with attentive and helpful staff. We were told that they would call to let us know that our order was ready.

The next week, while at work, I got a call but was not able to pick it up. There was no voice mail left. Luckily I later realized it was the pottery studio that called. When we picked up on our order form it said they left a voice mail. They lied. Incredibly unprofessional.

So much fun. My company rented out the business for a few hours on a weekday morning. It was a wonderful way to bond and make connections outside of the workplace. We came away with wonderful memories and beautiful glass works. It took a couple of weeks for them to come back fired, but everyone was happy with the way they turned out. I’d love to come back for a date night or girls day. Truly an unforgettable experience!!

The experience today was a first for me and mostly enjoyable. However, I am disappointed because of how an accident concerning my friend and broken pottery was handled. The worker watched as my friend picked up the sharp pottery pieces on the ground and was forced to pay for that product. The policy with accidentally breaking pottery was not displayed clearly and when spoken verbally it caused much confusion. There was no case of negligence or malicious intent in this scenario, so it was quite disheartening to witness.

My partner and I are immunocompromised and they very kindly allowed us to reserve outside seating for our pottery painting date. It was really lovely! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the supplies were easy to find and use, and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

I went in with a friend today to paint some small trinket trays which was so fun until the very end when we were taking pictures of our finished projects and my purse had knocked a piece of pottery over and shattered on the ground. I apologized profusely and even cleaned up the broken sharp pottery on the ground and handed it to the worked that watched me do so. She then took the pottery into the back to ask the owner Kate what to do about it. The worker came back out to me and told me i either could pay full price for the small pieces of broken sharp pottery in her hands and paint them to keep, or i could pay 50% of the original price of the pottery, and they would just then throw it away. I was so embarrassed for breaking it already as it was an accident and felt put on the spot to pay for it since there were other people in there painting. I wish i would’ve held my ground as i already just spent money on my pottery that i painted. Anyways, hopefully everyone doesn’t have this experience because the way it was handled made me cry and instead of a $30 trip out with my friend, it turned into an almost $60 trip that I had not accounted the extra funds for.

We had a lovely time. Staff was friendly and there was a great selection of pieces to choose from. Plus they said the eyes on my octopus were cute.

We arrived and were told there would be a wait, even though there were 3 open tables (we had called earlier to make a reservations and were told they didn’t take reservations). We were told it would be less than an hour so we left and grabbed lunch. Just over an hour later we popped in to check on the waitlist, and found there were still 3 parties ahead of us, even though there were still open tables. We provided some feedback and were met with a very rude response.

Feedback:
- take reservations
- get better at estimating wait times
- don’t tell people there’s a wait when there are very obviously open tables
- don’t be rude
