I visited Good Game VR on two occasions with my daughter, and my experiences were quite different each time. ? **First Visit (Very Positive) ? My first visit to Good Game VR was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one particular employee who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They guided us through the VR setup, explained the games in detail, and ensured we had a fantastic time playing with friends and family. My daughter and I had a blast exploring the virtual worlds together. The VR equipment was top-notch, and the variety of games available kept us entertained for hours. I left the place extremely satisfied and eager to return! ? ? **Second Visit (Negative) ? Unfortunately, my second visit was not as enjoyable. This time, I encountered a very unhelpful employee who seemed disinterested in assisting us. The lack of support made the experience frustrating, especially for my daughter who was excited to play again. It was a stark contrast to our first visit. Despite the great VR services and exciting games, the poor customer service left a bad impression.
