Had a iPhone 15 an broke the screen by running over it with my car . Took it to J&N cell repair in keyser an attempting to put two screens on she said she could not get either to work an returned my phone. Only took it to her because Floyd was not in the day I went there cause he was off that one day . So I took it in to Floyd and he had my screen fixed and phone gave back to me with thin 24 hrs later ! He is a pro I tell ya ! Professional at what he does and gets the job done . No excuses , no if ands or buts about it ! Thank u for all u do. Listen people do not take your phones , laptops , etc to anyone but him . Ya won’t regret it. He’s the boss !!!!

One of few Tech shops around local to avoid an Out of Keyser/Out of State trip. That said hes always pretty swamped . Patience is key....

Friendly, but terrible follow up. Went in for repair to my laptop. They were checking on parts And told me they would call me back within a day or two. Two weeks later, I’ve called Three times. Each time I’m told they’ll call right back and still no calls. Not really sure what the problem is Because he keeps telling me, “no problem, still waiting for parts suppliers.”
EDIT: Well, three weeks now and no calls. I spoke to Smart Choice in Lavale and got a call back with a reasonable price quote the next day. It’s a no-brainer who I would recommend. If I could go ZERO stars…
2nd EDIT: Never got a call back from Gotham. Incidentally, it was an easier fix than expected. No parts needed, labor was very reasonable at Smart Choice.

If you are in need of any gaming system worked on Floyd is your guy. He’s very knowledgeable. He fixed my PS4 in two days after it had been at a different shop for a week in a half and I was told it wasn’t fixable. He knows what he’s doing and is very thorough with his work. Very awesome customer service. I will be going to him first for future issues with any gaming systems I own.
