We had an absolutely brilliant time celebrating my son's 11th birthday! The kids were all smiles and said it was the best party ever, which is exactly what I aimed for. Emaan, our party host, was simply outstanding—so professional, friendly, and really made the day special. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was spot on, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Huge thanks to the team for making it such a memorable day!

Nice location. Terrible management.
You'll find there is quite a lot of staff, but nobody seems to know what they're doing. Waiting times are horrendous - we had to wait for darts which was already pre-booked, because someone double booked the lane, then the bowling lane looked like it hasn't been cleaned since last Christmas.
Stood for about 10 min at the counter when one staff member walked back and forth 6 times to check which dart lanes are free. Clearly they forgot each time they walked back and had to double check. Another staff member when asked why there was the delay, started taping their head and singing.
Great experience for people who like to experience a madhouse full of people without any clear form of management or supervision. Not blaming them, they're probably just doing what they're told. The question is, what are they being told.

Gravity Max Wandsworth is one of the best locations for entertaining. You have a lot of games including carting. A lot of variety of billiards. They have boiling as well. You can enjoy the 3D world. If you want to enter the entertainer world this is the place.

What a fun place to go with family or friends. We tried out the slot machines and the Immersive Games. And there’s so much more to do. Can get a bit crowded on weekends so perhaps avoid peak times.

Husband booked a virtual reality Squid Game themed session for my birthday! We had an epic time! The team were so incredibly friendly, and the experience itself was absolutely epic! We had so much fun!

Was also amazing to receive a video of us playing the game, and also the extra touch of a birthday clip (".)

Honestly, would highly recommend!

Just a little advice, you'll sweat a lot without realising.

Book in. You won't regret it. Worth the money for sure. We'll be back in a bigger group to try the other themes I'm sure (".)

Complaint.
We went to Gravity for the first time on the 28th December so our daughter could have her first go karting experience.
The process all was going well until the end where the staff proceeded to shout at her for going the wrong way at exit.
Now let's be sensible. She had never been before. She was wearing a helmet for the first time so would struggle to hear.
She found me crying and it totally ruined the experience.
Following that we went to do the mini golf which was fine. However two things. The final hole is broke and looks like it's been that way for some time and the staff said we didn't qualify for the second activity for a reduced cost if we have some one activity already. I didn't question this on the day as didn't want to raise the question.
Overall a majority of the staff were rude to the kids and just not helpful at all.

Total shambles.. not enough staff! we booked for two activities, the immersive gaming and a karting session, no one around who cared to help book in, large group of us waiting around for ages. Then was the complete mess with the karting.. no one flagged up that the online waiver hadn’t worked when one of us collected the snoods to wear under the helmets, over an hour later going to check in for safety briefing they then decide to flag up the waivers, made us redo them then decided we had missed our slot (by minutes, but totally due to the poor system and lack of staff) they couldn’t even refund immediately as it had been booked online!! 6 very disappointed kids, and 5 adults trying to manage the disappointment.. honestly really need to up your game for the money you charge for what amounts to an hour of entertainment. Really not good enough! Definitely won’t be going back there.. only one of the staff seemed genuinely sad by the drama they have caused us!! Should’ve been a great afternoon out, but ruined by difficult staff and lack of customer service to fix the problem!
