Allison is the best!! My husband and I are first time home buyers and were super nervous going into the entire home buying process. When I say we knew nothing - we really knew NOTHING. Allison was really informative and explained things about the whole process in a way that was easy to understand. She is friendly, approachable, and personable which made her easy to talk to and explain what we were looking for. When it came time to start looking at houses she did a bunch of research to help us figure out specific areas to look that were in our price range but also had some of the unique “best case scenario” things we had on our wishlist. We ended up finding a home that checked nearly every crazy box on our list - and it also has a pond (which we love but never thought we could find!)
Overall the entire home buying process went very smoothly and took a little over a month. Most of that is due to Allison’s dedication and awesome communication. Allison is very responsive, checked in with us frequently, and was available anytime we had questions. She really made the whole process less intimidating and we are incredibly excited to be in our first home! Thank you so much Allison! 10/10 would recommend!

Michele was such a delight while helping us with the purchase of our new home. Very attentive, always on top of communication and was a huge help in getting everything set up and organized. Will absolutely be giving her a call if we ever move again.

Allison Muldovan did an outstanding job in selling our house. She excelled in dealing with our elderly mother...she was patient and professional. She understood how difficult it was to part with the house and took the extra time to be sure everyone was comfortable with the sales process.
