I am a self-described Tech-Idiot, so filling the computer system needs for a brand-new company was extremely intimidating, especially knowing that all my employees would operate remotely. Jeremy and his team are top notch. I thought my computer had been hacked and he was able to help resolve the issue over the phone (ended up being something with the mouse? Not sure, but that is why I trust these guys!). If you have any computer questions or concerns, these are your guys. I cannot say enough good things about Sandra, Jeremy and Chris over at Hair on Fire Tech! Our small business could not operate without their knowledge and expertise of all things tech. We have worked with Jeremy for years and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure all of our systems are working properly, keeping our technology up to date, maintaining our website and educating us on how to do it ourselves, and even installing new computers, servers, and printers for us as our company has grown. Sandra is an absolute delight to work with! Her communication is always quick and direct. Whenever we call her with our "hair on fire" she calmly and efficiently finds a solution, which is so important when technical issues arise. If I could give them 10 stars I would - highly recommend!
