I am a self-described Tech-Idiot, so filling the computer system needs for a brand-new company was extremely intimidating, especially knowing that all my employees would operate remotely. I knew I would need to find a group that could design and manage a remote operating system for my firm that could pass a high level of security system requirements, all while making it something I could easily navigate within. A mutual connection made the recommendation, and within the first conversation with Sandra, Jeremy, and Buster, I knew they were the ones to hire. With each of them, I found an ally who could understand the concerns I had, look at them from different angles, share their thoughts without running over me, and guide me with the most appropriate choices for every decision that needed to be made. Their follow-through has been second to none! Every time I have had a hiccup with the implementation of software, one of the team members has responded within minutes, taken the initiative to reach out to the provider to identify the issue, and has gone to the mat to advocate for any errors that needed to be tended to by the providers. As my needs have grown and shifted, they have been my go-to for advice and recommendations, and I have found their guidance to be crucial and solid at several key growth points. I cannot say enough about the fantastic service I have received from Hair on Fire Tech; I highly recommend them for all your operating system needs and expansions.

Jeremy and his team are top notch. I thought my computer had been hacked and he was able to help resolve the issue over the phone (ended up being something with the mouse? Not sure, but that is why I trust these guys!). If you have any computer questions or concerns, these are your guys. I cannot say enough good things about Sandra, Jeremy and Chris over at Hair on Fire Tech! Our small business could not operate without their knowledge and expertise of all things tech.
