Came here on a business trip after following their social media and met the owner, he was a super nice guy and more than happy to answer my questions! Definitely worth the trip and you should stop in if you are around and have any interest in pc builds or need a repair!

I came here because of its five-star rating. Given its high reputation and great customer service, I decided to give it a try.

I brought in my 7th-generation iPod Touch in mid-December, submitted a repair request, got a quote, and decided to move forward. The price was reasonable, and the turnaround time was quick. I paid $140 out the door for a battery replacement, and I was told the logic board was also replaced.

Everything worked fine for about six weeks, but now the device won’t power on, and I’m experiencing the same issue. I re-submitted a quote through their website on January 29 and again on February 8, explaining the situation. However, I still haven't heard back, and it’s now February 12.

At this point, I feel like I’m being ghosted, which is disappointing given this location's five-star reputation. I guess I should have just gone directly to Apple.

Very happy with the service I got here. I went on a Sunday at 6pm to troubleshoot why my PC wasn't POSTing and they had an answer for me by Monday morning (bad RAM sticks/DIMM slots in motherboard). Maybe I had a simple problem to troubleshoot but I'm always appreciative of a quick and straightforward get in, get out process.

Fast, efficient, clear and kind communication every step of the way. Issue was fully fixed in less than 24 hours (they needed to special order a part for me; once the part arrived, it only took a couple of hours). Would recommend and will go here next time I need a repair.
