This experience: 1 Star. Only 3 stars based on a prior good experience 2 years ago. I called to ask questions and was promptly directed to email. I emailed questions and each was answered by “look at the website”. I still had difficulty scheduling my private party but thought everything was fine but the communication I received mainly via email the entire process made it clear that questions inconvenienced them and that even with a $500 booking, I still felt like a problem they were having to help vs a friendly well-meaning customer.
