Very poor customer service. I booked this hotel for 17 to 30 Dec as it has an indoor pool for my 6yr old daughter.|On arrival at 11pm I asked before paying if the pool was warm and we were told it is awaiting repair. Considering we had made a long stay booking the hotel should have informed us in advance as the lady on the desk said its been closed for weeks. |She then said we had to pay for a one night stay and we would also get charge one nights fee for cancelling the 2week reservation! |It was too late to make other plans as my daughter was already asleep in her dad's arms so we paid up. The manager in the morning did not relent and agree that they should have told us. Other guests were in reception complaining that the pool was closed but they were told that's just how it is. |There are no local hotels with indoor pools. We had to move to another area and book and great expense last minute. Very disappointing! |I won't be recommending this hotel. I feel let down! Surely they should offer a discount or make more effort to keep customers happy especially as we were planning to be there for Christmas.

This hotel is a good value if you need to be in the area or in between L.A. and the South Bay. The room was nice and clean, and there were free chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. Two negatives: The TV was tiny—the back said it was 32”, but the height was shorter than you might expect, and it really did look like a medium-size computer monitor! I've never seen such a small TV in a hotel before. At least there were plenty of channels, though. Parking was $10, which was annoying—why not just include it for free, especially in this kind of location?

- Couple towels were not fully cleaned, still had stains from prior use.

- The garage is not nice at all, surprised more cars don't sneak in behind others through the gate.

- Location isn't that great, yes you're close to the airport but the area really is not great.

Very good experience. We booked online and had no issues check-in. Their breakfast was free and good. We took free apples and bananas as well. They had milk to buy at night for kids and free coffee at reception. Very clean. Parking is in adjacent building, looks safe.

I give this 5 stars from a mom traveling with 2 young kids and husband. This place is not fancy and it’s old and it’s in a run down neighborhood. But our main reason to visit was to watch an NFL game at Sofi stadium. It met
our needs and expectations. I would stay again if I was with my family or just needed a crash pad for the night.
Pros:
Close to Sofi (the front desk gave us info on how to catch a free shuttle which was a short 5 min walk. Totally doable with 2 kids and they thought the bus was awesome.)
Indoor pool and jacuzzi. ( I got to relax while the kids splashed around with other kids.)
Kid friendly breakfast. ( I don’t enjoy taking my kids to a nice sit and wait hotel breakfast. Just give us a tower of fruit loops and diy waffles, which is exactly what they had ?. They also had hot eggs and sausage, which I appreciate.)
There’s a Starbucks and McDonalds with a big play place across the street. We hit the McDonalds on our way back from the game. It was hit!
The staff was friendly and helpful
As a diamond member, the perks were a premium parking spot, bottle water, and some snacks.
Cons:
The neighborhood is a bit run down. With
quite a few homeless.
The hotel is old and smells like it.

This was one of the worst experiences. I stay at Hilton at least twice a month and have cone to expect positive experiences from the brand. With that said, this location failed to adhere to the Hilton standards. ||Check In - Rude Representative |Awful. I was pleased not to find a line. I was taken aback at the disrespect of handling my ID and cc. Upon handing the front desk clerk my ID and CC, he switched from speaking English to Spanish and asked if he should take my CC because I may have changed CC from when I initially booked. To his surprise, I asked if that would have been a problem in Spanish. He was unaware that I do speak Spanish as a Black woman. It was rude to talk about me in Spanish, mid our conversation, as if I was not there. My CC was valid, in my name, and unchanged from booking. This behavior was not warranted.||Privacy|Housekeeping came in my room while I was lying naked. She apologized. She meant another room. My television was on. No knock, not announced presence, full walk-in. That was a very humiliating and traumatizing experience. I was told the manager would contact me. This has not happened a full week later.||Parking|Listed as free. Website. Advertisement, everywhere. I have a parking fee charged on my final invoice. ||I do not recommend this location. I do not appreciate the service. False Advertisement for parking. Overall, much to be desired in comparison to other properties by Hilton.

Last minute stay at this hotel. But I've never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn. This visit was no different. Michael at the front desk was awesome, kind and attentive. He even texted me both days of our visit to see if we needed anything. The included breakfast was good. Make sure you grab some of the free chocolate chip cookies that are at the front desk or next to the coffee. They are delicious.

Overall I had a good experience staying here. The room was clean and looked unique with colors. Location is accessible. Breakfast was served 6am -10 am and it was standard. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking is paid and gated, 2 EV chargers were broken. WiFi did not work, it connected and authenticated but no internet.
